DH is really hard to buy for. He has everything he 'needs', and anything he may 'want' is probably too expensive.
We do a $250 max limit for the holidays.
What sort of things do you get your DH that may fit that budget?
I'm thinking perhaps a new lifejacket (for the boat) but he won't use that till at least June. I already got him a swanky passport holder and a few new shirts.
He also has his birthday in a few weeks too. Tis the season!!
I got him a nice docking station for his iPhone, ipad, kindle etc, a bottle of 15 year old Scotch and a solar charger that will work with his gadgets. I may pick up something else but it's like you said. He has everything that he needs.
I am getting H a pair of binoculars (which might be good if boating), Tommy Bahama Tervis Tumblers, fishing stuff, Maple Crown Royal, Lotto scratchers for his stocking stuffers.
He has a neon sign that was broken in a few spots in our move, he has asked that I get that repaired as part of his gift. I am also looking at getting him a mechanic's seat for when he works on his car, the new Kid Rock CD (if he doesn't buy it first), whiskey rocks and probably a few other things. Everythign hinges on how much the sign repair costs. I have a $150 budget.

We keep our gifts pretty small for Christmas. We put more effort into stocking stuffers since we take trips and stuff throughout the year. He is also pretty tough to shop for as far as original items. He is happy with a Best Buy gift card but I try to get some him something fun as well. I might try to find something online today for a heavily discounted price.
- new lens for the dslr - running clothes since he's training for his first half this spring - new leather gloves - a gorilla pod for the dslr - a fancy tie - gift card towards a watch that is way, way over budget
A sword. That he can use to fight with people. (a style of fencing blade)
It's kinda his combined birthday/anniversay/Christmas gift. All three fall within five weeks, and we will be in the midst of moving for two of them... We tend to do smaller gifts, so this is quite large by comparison.

I'm getting him a couple fun T's ($25), a smartphone controlled tank ($25), a book in the series he's reading ($10) and a Bluetooth keyboard for his iPad ($70)
My ideas are Jim Gaffigan comedy tickets, Under Armor compression shirts, wireless speakers for the iPhone, and maybe some Nueske's bacon. Plus stocking stuffers and an ornament.
I got him a kreg jig. Then we just do stockings, so he'll get his favorite truffles, a mini Aussie 2013 calendar for work and a 2013 calendar of family pictures.
i got him the James Bond collection on Blu Ray and I will also get him a St. louis Cardinals Jersey of some old player i have never heard of (Bob Gibson I think it is). I'll fill in with little things like a Darth Vader ornament and a book. I'll probably also get him a baby onesie with the Run DMC logo as he loves rap.
I got him a Blu-ray player that has Skype built in so we can Skype with his parents in IL. I also got him the Batman Trilogy. This year we decided not to do stockings since we are traveling, but in the past I've put a wallet, socks, underwear, magazine subscription, lotto tickets, cds, and dvds in his stocking. If they man ate candy, I'd add that.
Sadly, I assumed you meant the _brand_ Bugout Bags... DH has one. It's awesome. I used it for grocery shopping when I was walking to/from the store, because I could carry a huge amount of stuff in it, and it was strapped to let me adjust the weight between my shoulders, hips, chest, etc... It kinda has a "tactical gear" feel to it (which might make it a good one for the type of bugout bag people are talking about here...).
I was going to get him an Ipad Mini. We decided to buy a new couch over the weekend, so that is our Christmas gift to both of us. We have to wait 10 weeks for this Xmas gift though.
I got H's golf clubs regripped, a new video game, DVD and t-shirt for his favorite band, cologne, and a sweatshirt. Plus stocking stuffers (boxers, another video game, Microsoft points, magazing subscription, and a DVD).
- A nice(ish) coat - Sweater (like every year) - Hoodie sweatshirt - Fleece headband for winter running- - 101 whiskeys to try before you die book - Hops flavored cigars
Threadless has a bunch of tees on for $10 today. DH really likes his Technicolor Rex, so I might get him another one. He can wear them to work on Fridays and be the cool teacher.
