No weight gain last week. This is a huge success considering I got very little exercise in last week and I drank way more than I should have. Hopefully I will lose this week. I am officially starting p90x on December 1st.
I de-railed a bit over the weekend Today is lots of water, lots of veggies, and planning out some workouts for the week. My team is working mandatory o/t so I am going to have to plan well and be very intentional if I'm going to find time to work out. Today, I *know* I won't have time to run before dark and I'm not going to go to the gym by the time I'm done working and our mattress gets delivered, so I am going to pop in a Jillian Michaels DVD tonight. No excuses.

I had a gain of 1.6 lbs this week I figure it could be worse, I didn't exercise and ate & drank a ton. There are four weeks until X-mas, so lots of time to make up for this "bad" week.
I don't think I'm doing so well. My weigh-in last Wednesday showed I had gained a pound. I haven't stepped on the scale all weekend, so I'm kind of scared. I don't feel like I pigged out really, but nor did I particularly watch what I ate. :/ Back on the wagon starting today!
i haven't weighed myself this week but i went a little crazy last weekend. i drank a ton, ate more, and got my fill of candy and sweets for a while for sure. i almost got mcdonalds today, considering i had jury duty.. but opted against it.. but tahtmeans i've only eaten an apple, water, and coffee with a tad fat free milk and 2 splenda.. so i don't know how well i'm doing today. not enough food but i didn't plan well!
