Sports bras for now, if you can do it. Otherwise, you may want to invest in a sleep bra (from Motherhood Maternity - I still wear mine every once in a while). They're so comfy. But for daytime/work wear, you may have to get a non-underwire bra (maybe a Playtex 18 hour?) until the soreness goes away (which didn't really happen for me, but oh well).

Thanks. The idea of squeezing into a sports bra sounds like torture, but I'll check out the sleep bra.
TBH, support feels way better than no support. At least they'll bounce and move less. For me it was more the nipple area and not the entire breast. So having them trapped was easier on me.
I love my Bravado bra's. They are nursing bra's but you can wear them while pregnant as well. I have the Bliss ones and really like them. What sold me on these bra's is that they can stretch a size with you so they are prefect to buy when you get pregnant and want that extra give!
I think I'm the weird one. I couldn't stand not wearing an underwire bra while I was pregnant. Anything else was not comfortable unless I was sleeping. Even then they were more of a shelf bra than a sports bra because sports bras were excruciating to get on.
