Great, another monthly bill......health ins vent!

DH and I were on track to a pretty healthy e-fund by Mid 2013 (for us not by MM views) and now DD needs her 2nd set of tubes. She has had 3 ear infections since Oct and we are on antibiotic #3 and yeast infection #2. We are scheduled for tomorrow morning. The hospital calls today to discuss our insurance and the hospital alone is going to cost us out of pocket $1958! $700 of that is our ded. That does not include the anesthologist or the ENT fees, which we will owe 20% of. I hate to see how much this is without insurance! Now we will have another monthly bill which will probably put us behind on our e-fund! There is no way I am paying all that out of our e-fund in one lump sum when I can make payments at 0%. And our OOP max is $3210 so thats not really going to help us out.

I'm sorry you're going through this. That really sucks. It's hard enough to have a sick kid, and the financial burden on top of it really stinks. ((hugs))
