I'm trying to take advantage of some Cyber Monday deals and order curtains for my first floor. But, I have a question...
Grommet top? Is this just a trend? Is it too casual for a living room? We're not fancy people, but it is our "sitting room" and opens up to our dining area. I don't love the look, but it's hard to find curtains I like, for a price I want to spend, that aren't grommet top.
Also, would it look weird to have grommet top curtains in our living room and then regular rod pocket in our family room? Our first floor is very open.
Can you see the living room from the family room? Can you post a picture? I'd think the tops would only have to match if the rooms were so fluid that the curtains themselves should also match.
Personally, I don't care for grommet top curtains at all. What style curtain are you looking for? If you post links people might be able to suggest non grommet top alternatives.
