ugh, i put on jeans and they were loose last week, now they fit. so i knew i'd gained weight and considering the quality and amount of food i've been consuming lately, it's no wonder.
anyway, i'm so hungry. id idn't bring food like a dummy.. and i have to go to jury duty.
i want fast food. what should i do? LOL!

Eat something healthy now. You could make fake fast food burgers later with TJ's organic American cheese, lean beef or turkey, and whole wheat little buns
Starbucks - bistro box (veggies, tahini, goat cheese, crackers); fruit cup; protein box that has hardboiled egg; fruit and cheese box with dates, grapes, cheese; oatmeal
