No one is required to wish everyone who crosses their path well. ML is no exception. In fact, hollow gestures and fake smiles are not particularly welcome here. Part of what makes ML tick are the spontaneous moments of genuine care, well wishes and support. I've seen mortal ML enemies offer each other support at times or show genuine concern for their families when crises arise. All of that would be meaningless if we hid behind platitude masks.
