I used Shutterfly and I'm happy with them. With coupon codes it ended up costing 18 bucks including shipping for 20 cards. Etsy has some super cute cards too. I loved the cards from Tiny Prints but didn't want to spend that much. I wasn't impressed with Vistaprint. (FYI I used a corner rounder to round the corners on the cards and I love how it looks.)

I get mine from Costco, $15 for 50 cards with nice, heavy envelopes that look really good. They are also offering special prices through tinyprints but I haven't looked to see what they are.
I like www.zazzle.com for a lot of things. I ordered from Invitation Box this year b/c I had that groupon.
Also, Paper Culture is nice!
I think snapfish and shutterfly are stepping up too. Snapfish offers the thicker paper now....not sure if shutterfly does too but probably.
We used Zazzle this year too. I had a groupon and got 75 cards for $29. The quality of the cards was amazing, but the layout tools were pretty horrible. In fact, I had to choose a different card because I couldn't get the photos to work out (just due to the bad user interface) on my first choice card.

I get ours from Costco...about $15 for 50 cards, they're ready the next day, and they've always turned out well and come with pretty nice lined envelopes. I looked at Shutterfly and Snapfish this year but for the same cost I'll only get 20 cards and with one of them I'd have to pay shipping (the other I can pick up at my local Walgreens, but even that is sort of out of my way).

In the past, I've always used Shutterfly and have been very happy with them.
The only reason I didn't use them this year is that I really wanted to use photos from our last session with our photographer and the order wouldn't have come in soon enough for me to use them for holiday cards. So, our photographer made ours instead.
I designed a great card on Shutterfly and have been trying to complete the order for over an hour but their website just keeps crapping out. If I can't order today to get the sale prices I won't be ordering at all. Nothing more frustrating than a company that has an online sale with a deadline and insufficient bandwidth to handle demand.
