is flavored coffee okay during a medical fast?

I'm getting blood drawn in a couple hours but I have an awful headache from no coffee this morning. Can I drink my green mountain pumpkin spice k cups?

I threw away the box but I don't think there's sugar in them.

the doctor left me a VM and said diet soda, black coffee, and plain tea are okay.

I would think it is probably fine. I can't find anything googling though. Just to be sure, I would just have a small amount. That's what I did when weaning myself off of caffeine. Just a little was enough to take the edge off and get rid of the headache.

I'm sure its just artifical flavor and coffee which were both ok'd thru the dr. (ie diet soda, coffee).

I wouldn't add sugar.

I have that coffee and it says "arabica coffee with natural and artificial flavors" for ingredients.
