drinking green tea and POM juice this cycle, although I thought you needed to drink both before O, and that the POM juice will do nothing for you after O.
I also am trying to eat salmon 2x a week since I don't take fish oil.

No, just trying to stay hydrated more, and eat more fruit. I never crave fruit in the winter...smoothies are like the only way to eat them, unless it's apple pie, which doesn't count.
I'm just trying to eat a lot of fruit and veggies. I am drinking pom juice too, though I searched and searched and could find no scientific evidence that it does anything. I have a lot of smoothies loaded with fruit, pom juice and leafy greens like spinach and kale.
