J's kitten is a holy terror. He will not stop biting. Anytime we try to pet him, he latches his paws into our arms and his teeth into our hands. We've tried yelling, spraying, ignoring him, even time outs. Help.
we had one we were watching for a friend that was like this...he never grew out of it.
my 1 year old is a lot more of a biter and more fiesty now than she was a kitten...but I'm hoping she grows out of it. Sometimes she is super sweet and other times, totally nuts. she will attach herself to my leg when I'm walking around the house. I should probably do something about it, but she's my baby and can do no wrong.

You need another kitten. They basically wear themselves out. Short out that, we always remove the kitten from the appendage and distract with a feather toy, laser pointer, and then try to run them until they're ragged.
Kittens are far more enjoyable when they have another cat to play with and teach them biting hurts,.
Do you guys "play" with him by rolling him around/attacking him with your hands/poking him etc? If so, that needs to stop because its reinforcing the idea that hands=ok to bite/claw in self defense.
Try making a high pitched squeal when he attacks and pull away/don't engage anymore after that.

This. He thinks hands are toys. Pull him off of your hands when he does this and distract him with an appropriate toy to chew on.
