I am very proud of myself for ignoring some cookies in the break room today at work. I also went running (I did an extra run this week to try and counteract Thanksgiving, lol!).
Tomorrow, I have plans to go walking with a friend at work over lunch. It'll be short, but it's better than nothing.
I had two mini bags of M&Ms for lunch and garlic bread pizza for dinner. I'm the poster child for health today! Tomorrow will be better....mostly because it can't get any worse.
I was at work until almost 8pm on Wednesday, so I skipped my run. Boo! But I made up for it last night with a hour weights class and then a 4.2 mile run.
