For the past 3 days I feel just as miserable as I did weeks 8-18. It is all I can do to get through work and now I am laying in bed hoping it will go away if I'm laying down. Did this happen to anyone else? I don't suppose it is worth a call to the dr, is it? Baby kicks and punches do not help a nauseous stomach... +o(

I started getting nauseous again at 28w, and it was bad enough that I needed at least a Zofran every day again until I delivered at 36w4d. I asked my dr., and he said m/s can return at anytime.
I had some nausea at the end. I think it had something to do with the fact that my stomach was squished. I could only eat small amounts or I would feel awful. But if I let my stomach become empty, I would feel the same way. I basically grazed all day long to keep from feeling sick - the same way I did in the first trimester.
It sucks!! I had a good day today after a bad day yesterday. I'm hesitant to take the Zofran because it constipates me like crazy and I know that first one after delivering is going to be bad enough without adding to the difficulty.

Yes, this happened to me. The zofran was constipating me at the end, then I hate a huge salad and delivered the next day. The first one after delivering was not pretty. DO NOT EAT A BIG SALAD if you think you might deliver soon.
I mentioned it to my Dr today and she said to just go back to the 1st trimester way of grazing on small meals all day. Had a BPP today that came back great so hopefully no underlying issues.
