Has anyone encountered seat-less toilets at places like theme parks and the such?
There is an awesome amusement park around here that is widely known and super awesome, however their toilets are made for preschoolers (okay, they are super tiny and super low to the ground. No, I wasn't in a kids bathroom, other adults were in there too!) and they don't have seats. They just have the rim of the bowl and when you sit down you feel like you're falling in.
Wtf is the tactic here?
Do you hover and hope for the best?
Do you just go ahead and sit on the rim and hope you don't fall in?
I had to pee so bad I just sat down but the friend who went in with me *(to the bathroom, not the stall) was all "hahaha, you aren't supposed to actually SIT on them".
No, but I've encountered the porcelain hole in the ground with treads on the side so you don't slip.

I'd pee my pants before I ever did that. In another country where it was standard, maybe. But here in the US? No. I'd move heaven and earth to find an actual toilet. lol.
We were at a craft show and my Husband was all "oh there are REAL toilets over there!" So I went in, the smell..omg...the smell...
And then I turned around to flush and happened to look down, that's when I realized it was this dark abyss into the ground and that there was no flushing and I was basically peeing into the unknown. I had that moment of "omg I'm going to fall into a giant pit of disgusting poo, get me out of here!"
So not all of the bathrooms are like that there, just the older ones I think. I think there may be more normal ones in the middle of the park, maybe near the pizza place and cosmatron? My memory sucks but I am sure I have peed in a normal toilet there lol.

We went to the one near the entrance/ferris wheel and then later on to the one by the saw mill, both had tiny toilets.
