2 questions nap and sick visiting

If your child wakes up 30 minutes later in the morning, do you still put them to nap at the same time? layla always wakes around 7, today she woke at 745. She normally naps at 9am, but that seemed really early so I let her stay up. Now she is freaking out and doesnt want to sleep.

Visiting friends when your child is sick.
Layla has a chest cold (no fever, no doctor visit) and a bit of a runny nose. We are supposed to visit my friend and her 3 mth old in a couple days. I hate making my friend have to say not to come, so I will say that we wont go because of illness, but maybe I am over reacting and this is just what kids are like all the time?

I think we are in the transition to one nap phase, but she isnt ready yet. She is definitely too tired in the morning. If I let her stay up a bit, she is super whiny and cries for everything. But then her morning nap can be longer as if she is stretching it into one long nap
Where is her owner's manual? Did someone else get mine?

Oh yeah. Cried it out then the nanny worked some magic. I think she was overtired at that point.

I wouldn't want my 3 month old around a sick kid. Although it might depend on the activity and the chance of interaction between the children.

I base nap time on wake up time. He goes down two hours after waking for his first nap.
