It's H's turn to cook this week, yay! Here's what his list on the fridge says:

FI made gault's spaghetti squash casserole last night since I was mired in an online training course. It didn't look like the picture, but it was good! I ate some of the leftovers for lunch.
We don't have a set menu for the week, but I want to eat light, so it'll likely involve fish/chicken paired with veggies.
I'm still trying to menu plan for our Thankmas dinner on Saturday - I floated the idea of making another turkey, but FI wasn't into it. Maybe Cornish game hens? BFF is bringing a sweet potato casserole. I want it to be festive but not a total rehash of Thanksgiving.

Tonight - mock and cheese Tomorrow - garlic, white wine and a dash of cream sauted with mushrooms and spaghetti squash and grilled chicken Weds - probably salad bar from somewhere Thurs - Egg scramble with canadian bacon, bell peppers, mushrooms and cheese Fri- Spaghetti squash (yes, again) pasta/lasagna bake with tomato sauce and ground beef and ricotta
