I have a group wiki project due today and there are 4 members of the group, 1 of those group members has not been heard of at all throughout the project and this morning I wake up to find they have uploaded 2 portions of the project simply based upon the information that has been already uploaded. I am pissed because one of those portions is something I have worked on for the past few days. I am royally fucking pissed right now, but what do i do? Email the professor and say "hey this person never responded to emails and then suddenly turns shit in on the last day".

I despise group projects with the fire of a thousand suns and atom bombs.
I say let it be. My Dad is a college professor and with group projects he tells me you can always tell who did most of the work because the styles are different within the project. If someone threw something together using other people's work (but not coming up with any of their own) then the style/tone etc. of the work will reflect 3 and not 4 people's work. Its usually pretty easy to tell.
I'm sorry though. This is why I hate group projects. HATE.

Group projects are the devil. One time half my group (2 of the 4 of us) handed in two papers because our group members sections were useless and we didn't want our names attached to it. I think I lost a letter grade because "in the real world you have to work with people who suck at life" or some nonsense. That teacher can go fuck herself.
ETA: the moral of my story is that it's probably a better idea to email the teacher now, but he probably doesn't give a shit because this is what happens every time there are group projects at any college

UPDATE: One of my really good friends at school has taken her time to help me fix the clusterfuck that has been created. So far we have found everything plagiarized word for word from websites with no citations, random webpages linked as sources, bullet lists instead of paragraph form like everything else. I am going to find my professor here shortly and just tell him I am done.

You obviously can't use that person's work. Do the project with the group members that are working like you had planned. Is the prof allowing you guys to evaluate group members? At the very least, don't put person 4's name on the paper.

I just talked to my professor and the person who hadn't contacted us all semester long/responded to our emails apparently emailed him to say that we hadn't contacted her AT ALL. This is a cluster and my grade wont be reflected because of the bullshit that my other group members provided because I have provided quality work all semester long.
I'm sure you or your group member have email evidence that you have contacted her if you need it. If I were the prof, I would be asking that person why she didn't reach out to you at all.
