I personally have not had any experience with these resorts. That being said I travel to Cabo all the time and even had my wedding there. For us, Cabo is not the type of place where you sit in your resort all day long. We like to be close to the main beach and the downtown area as we like to get out and about. Also, not all resorts are on swimmable beaches. If you want to be able to get in the ocean you will need to research these to see if where these resorts are located, etc..
It is important to note that Cabo is basically divided into 3 distinct areas. The first is Cabo proper which is where the main swimming beach and the downtown area are located. You can walk to downtown from many of the resorts in the area or take short $7-$10 cab ride to downtown. See this map:http://www.loscabosguide.com/maps/cslmap.htm
The second area is called "the corridor" this area is further out and most of the resorts are not walkable distance to anything. Most of them are not on swimmable beaches but are close to golf courses, etc.. Taxi's to and from downtown from this area are about $20 each way. Some resorts offer shuttles that run downtown for a small fee.. See this map: www.loscabosguide.com/maps/corridlg.htm
The third area is called San Jose Del Cabo and is about 20-30 minutes outside of Cabo Proper. This is where the airport and historic mission are located. There is a very quaint downtown area and this is where more of the locals live. Some resorts here are on swimmable beaches. Cabs to downtown will be $20 or more. See this map: www.loscabosguide.com/maps/mapsjc.htm
If I were you I would find out where the resorts are located that your travel agent found and see if you want to stay in those areas. Also go onto the Cabo forum on Trip Advisor. They are very active and helpful and will let give you honest reviews and feedback on resorts. Link: www.tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g152515-i84-Cabo_San_Lucas_Los_Cabos_Baja_California.html
Have a great time and feel free to PM me any other questions you have.

Thank you very much for all that info! I've never been, and its been my fiance's dream to go to Cabo since he was like 11 so we want to make that happen. That being said, we want to be able to go off the resort so I'll definitely be looking into where these are all located! Never would have known to look into that!

Ok, so it looks like there is one in each of the locations. The one in the downtown core doesn't have most of the ammenities the others do, its more a hotel than a resort. That being said the one in the corridor is gorgeous, and $20 each way in cab fair isn't all that much for a day off the resort....
Really, they are all relatively close to activities and the cabs are reasonable so I'm sure whatever you pick is fine. I just wanted to say make sure you get off the resort because there is so much to see and do! Ditto using tripadvisor, it's pretty accurate. Dont be afraid to eat off the resort either, the food is safe and really good.
It totally depends what you're into, but I vote for San Jose Del Cabo. We stayed there last year, and really loved the town. Granted we were there during off season, but we liked the small(er) town vibe. We did check out downtown Cabo and were so glad we didn't stay there.
I've been to Cabo a number of times and also was married there.
I stayed at the Melia Cabo Real for a bachelorette party. It was fine for a bachelorette party, but I don't think that I would recommend it for your honeymoon.
I would really recommend renting a car if you plan to stay in the corridor or SJD. Dominic has great rates and it's super simple to rent cars from him. www.dominicloscabos.com
I don't have any experience with any of the resorts you listed, but we went to Cabo in November for our HM. We stayed in San Jose Del Cabo at the Cabo Azul Resort, which was amazing, so we spend a lot of time lounging by the pool there. The Royal Solaris is right next door to Cabo Azul and it looked nice, my aunt also just got back from staying there last week and she said it was wonderful.
Also, it was really easy to get to downtown Cabo. There was a bus stop a short walk from our hotel, it was really cheap and pretty quick. We did opt to take a cab back at night which was about $25, but during the day, the bus is the way to go.
We went to Cabo about 8 years ago, and stayed at Hotel Finisterra. Close enough to walk into down town. Nice place. Great views of the water. But I believe their beach was *not* swimmable. Didn't matter to us - they had a gorgeous pool area. We had a room that was in the older section up at the very top of the hill. I believe those rooms are privately owned, and then rented out (rather than like a regular hotel room).

you can buy discount vouchers for food/activities and return them if you don't use them. Pancho's and Nicksan are both great for dinner.
I also recommend a day trip to Todos Santos if you have a car.
Have fun!
Ditto everything said here. Just make sure if you rent a car and drive to Todos you are back home before nightfall. Most of livestock is not fenced and will stand on the roads at night for warmth. I almost plowed our rental into a black bull one night coming back from Todos. We ended up sideways in a ditch, it was not fun!
