Any Polish ladies here? Apple & Rice dessert

I was talking to my Babci recently and she mentioned that one of her favorite dishes growing up was an apple and rice dessert.

I wanted to make her this dish for Christmas this year, but I'm not sure if the recipes I've found are correct.

She couldn't quite remember how it was made and doesn't remember the Polish name for the dish.

Do any of you know? If so, is there a tried and true recipe you've used?

i dont remember the name, but i do remember eating this all the time as a good!! It is so good, now i want it!! YUMMMMM

Both versions that you have sound accurate, i remember it being "cinnaminy"

Im 100% polish by the way, both my grandmothers made this. i remember loving the smell, very comforting and crunchy rice MMMM
