Idiot question- how do I make my sig smaller?

How did you get your sig pic in there at all? I keep messing around with it but can't get one to show.

Where is the code from? I used tinypic and then just played around with the various sizes they have. This one is "message board" size, but thumbnail works too.

I had to use tinypic to get the pics to show up.
But I put in code to make it smaller and it didnt work.

I don't think you can adjust the size once it's been uploaded. I've had to upload the same pic and change the image designation from default to thumbnail before hitting the upload button.
