So, I was just contacted for the 3rd time by a Lowes person to tell me my order was cancelled. I explained that I understood why they couldn't honor the rug purchase but that I was annoyed that I was told 3 different times (1 email and 2 phone calls) to tell me my order was cancelled). She apologized and offered to send me a $20 gift card.
Um, okay!? Weird but I'll take it. I'm guessing they have a lot of upset people to be offering gift cards.
