Someone gave Bonnie a little bit of a hot dog bun at a party yesterday She's EBF and 4 months old, hasn't had any kind of food before. Last night and today she has had green, mucousy, frequent diarrhea. It's probably related to the bun, right? Should I do anything besides frequent nursing?

At first I didn't read correctly and thought you said just the hot dog, I guess the bun is marginally better. :/
Poor little thing, I'd just keep nursing her as much as she will take. Hopefully she'll be back to normally tomorrow. Keep changing her often so she doesn't get a diaper rash on top of things.
People are idiots, even the ones who should know better. Sorry about your little one.
Can you let her air out a bit? Lay her down on a few towels on the floor (or a puppy pad if you have one!) and let her lounge about bare-bottomed? Doing this + desitin literally cleared up diaper rash in a day for M
Yeah, I'll do that. Cambria had a terrible rash as a baby and that really helped.

My daughter is dealing with a rash from hell and I've been doing the following to help clear it up: 1/2 c. baking soda in cool water and let her sit in the tub for around 10 minutes (helps dry out the area) No wiping, just blotting on the irritated area Diaper free time for as long as possible but at least 15 minutes after the soak 1% hydrocortisone ointment 2 times/day with diaper cream over it diaper cream at every diaper change
You don't have to worry about any other foods that might irritate her, so that is a plus. My daughter loves blueberries and has been eating them in mass quantity this week. A few days in, I realized it was making her rash so much worse. Poor thing.
