Thanks for the read. I was worried for a moment.

I read one of the website that the original poster listed and (maybe because I got my Mirena after 2009) I knew all of these side effects. Migration, expulsion, scarring or infection due to migration, these were all made clear to me. I wonder if that is only who it applies to.

I'm not sure. My doctor told me that the Mirena was a low hormone IUD and that is the ONLY reason why I decided to get it. I was exclusive BFing. I am pissed. I will be calling him on Monday.
