Hey all! I just wanted to take a minute to introduce myself.

DH and I got married June 30th of this year and had an amazing wedding and super fun honeymoon to Jamaica. We both teach middle school. I'm an 8th grade English and History teacher and he teaches special education.

Over the last few months, DH and I have definitely made a big switch from bNotb to botb! We've been discussing when to start trying--or really, when to stop not trying and have decided to stop preventing when summer hits, as soon as this school year is over. It's good timing.. we'll be married a year at that point, together for almost 5, I'll have tenure.. and he'll have tenure (or almost!) by the time the baby arrives, even if we are super lucky and get pg the first try.

So, anyway.. after this conversation about a month ago where we decided that would be the best timing for us, I have been spending A LOT of time thinking about babies and been doting on my nieces and nephews even more than usual.

I'm going to mention the plan to my gyno at my next visit.
