I'm pretty sure the name of the bra I like is the Moving Comfort Fiona. It's a sports bra, but it lifts 'em up and I don't look like I have a uniboob. I'm not sure it would be super comfortable to sleep in because it's pretty encompassing, but I've worn it all day on a weekend and found it to be comfortable.
Honestly I'd just buy a nursing bra. Love my Bravado body silk and Motherhood Maternity sleep bra. Will probably continue to use them after I am done nursing at night.
The sleep bra would be perfect for that- it's like wearing a t-shirt that continues to give. If you're just looking at wear it at home and at night, it's perfect. This is the one I have:
Oh, but I would try a couple sizes on. I am a 36DD (both pre nursing and now) and the large is a hair big. If you wanted a little mores support, I'd go medium (especially since you're a 34 IIRC).
they are ugly but extremely comfortable. (and BN has 25% off sale today) In addition to working out in them, I often just wear them as a normal bra when I'm hanging out around the house. I adore them.

The Bravado Body Silk is my recommendation too. I love that thing. Even if you can't use it while nursing, it's worth the money IMO to be comfortable before you get your periods. It could also be helpful when you do get pregnant since many women (myself included in my first PG) have super sensitive boobs in the 1st trimester.
I am also in the DD range. Do you all really wear a bra to bed? If so, my mind is blown. Like almost as blown as when I found out that people do the band in the front and then twist and pull the straps up when putting on their bras.
BLOWN.
I cannot wear a bra to bed. Actually H and I almost always sleep totally naked. It is glorious.

Yea, won't fly in my house. But I do get three men in my bed at night .

But what if my boobs become enormous?! (This is a legitimate fear of mine.)
The bodysilk should still fit
I'm guessing you'll want a L or XL, there's a size chart on their website.
I don't normally wear a bra to bed, but my boobs are so heavy and KILLLLLLL me without a bra the week before my period. If I roll over and they move too much it wakes me up so it's totally necessary.
They're also so big I feel weird going outside with no bra because they're too droopy.
Sorry I can only rec maternity stuff to you, but I really loved the Mamajamas nursing bras I had for sleeping. I SWORE I would NEVER EVER sleep in a bra... unfortunately I did not have a choice when nursing, but these ones were so comfortable I thought I might even continue to wear them when my daughter weaned. They would be very good for heavy, sensitive PMS boobies.
I miss sleeping naked. I stopped when I got PG and never got back to it. I am hoping to get there soon since I rarely leak at night now. But yeah, I love that moment of taking off my bra. Heavenly.

They will be less droopy as time goes on with a nice, comfy sleeping bra!

I wear cheaper sports bras. They don't have enough support for me to actually work out in, but work out well for sleeping. I don't know what brands I have. Just the ones from Walmart or Target. The ones that are a step up from the cheapest multipacks.
I wear a sports bra, just the cheapie Fruit of the Loom multi-pack variety, to bed from time to time. In the summer I usually wear camis with a shelf bra, but in the winter I usually sleep in a v-neck tee and the girls flop out as I move around through the night.
I swear by all things Wacoal, so that is my contribution here!

Does it have to be a bra? I'm a G cup and when I feel like I need some sort of support to sleep, I just wear a cami with a shelf in it. It's super comfy, and just enough support to not feel too confined. And much cheaper than a bra.

I don't understand wearing a bra to sleep at all. That sounds awful. For running, I highly recommend Moving Comfort Juno. I like it a lot better than Fiona. For everyday, like someone else said, Fantasie and Chantelle from Nordstrom. They're expensive but I've tried going cheaper and it doesn't cut it. I do have a soft, lightweight sports bra that is not that supportive but is comfortable from dicks sporting goods. That would probably be good for what you're describing.
