I'd talked with Kate and she'd mentioned she uses HealthPoint Medical Group - but they no longer accept United Health Care, so it's not an option for us.
Another person I talked to mentioned Pediatric Care Alliance. Does anyone have experience with this practice?
Any other suggestions of pediatricians with offices in the New Tampa area?
Amelia's Dr is at Pediatric Healthcare Alliance, but obviously not the office you'd be going to. I'm pretty sure that was the practice that jenn8080 used here also.

I used Pediatric Healthcare Alliance on Fletcher - we always saw Dr Perkins and we loved her! She was the third pedi we had switched to. I was very sad to leave her when we moved.
We see Dr. Siva Devanaboyena (known as just Dr. Siva) across from Wiregrass. She loves our daughters, we love her. I went to her b/c of a recommendation from a friend who used to live in Tampa. She is kind and let's us take the lead on a lot of things, but offers guidance when we need it. She has floating nurses from the USF Nursing program and they have all been outstanding people. We were even lucky enough to have a nursing student who was also one of the girls' NICU nurses and she recognized them! LOVE HER.
We've never seen any other Pedi's (except in Brevard Co. If you ever for any reason go there, never ever see Dr. Barimo.)

I go to Pediatric Healthcare Alliance and LOVE my doctor. Sara recommended him, and I am VERY happy with our choice. I know Jennifer8080 used the same group but at their New Tampa location and liked them.
Sorry, I am no help to you as my pedi is out here in NW Tampa. But good luck in your search! Definitely going off recommendations is the best way to go. That's how we found the pedi we see. Funny as the more moms I meet that live in my neighborhood the more people I find out go there. It's also very convenient for us which was one of my main criteria.
