I started taking 50mg of a b complex and it extended LP by 1-2 days. I think the complex helps you absorb more. I might increase it to 100mg. If you take too much it can cause nerve damage. I don't think you're ever supposed to take more than 200mg.

I take it every day. I just switched to a B Vitamin complex instead of B6 (which I had been taking for 3 months) because I remembered that that's what I was taking the cycle I got pregnant with my daughter.
B6 helped by maybe a day. I still spot like crazy super early though.

I have been taking B6 daily, it seemed to increase my cycle by 2 days, but then it dropped back down again. I am going to purchase a B complex with B12 this week to go with my POM juice
I have LPD and took B6 when I was TTC the last time. I had to quit because it made my arms and legs fall asleep all the time. It helped bump my LP up a day or two for a couple of cycles but then it went right back down to 9 days anyway.
Can someone give me a brief summary as to why you need to extend your LP? I understand if it's only a few days, that's not enough time for implantation, but if it's 10+ days like some of you are saying, isn't that enough time for implantation? I may be really understating/misunderstanding, I am still new at this. thanks!
