What about turning your dining table the other way so you can put the console/buffet on the wall? I would put the new table there and add some long panels on either side of the window. I think the teal would be fun and you could incorporate that into the window treatments as well.
BTW, I have that same chandelier (I replaced the shades though). I have seen it on so many blogs...it's very popular!

I love the teal one but I think you will want to change your picture though. Typically with buffets you have taller items on the end like lamps or clusters of jars etc

Picture is there to stay. I just put it up. That's why I was thinking about putting the teal buffet under the window.
I don't think it will look right under the window but you can try it
I like the table turned the second way. The teal cabinet is super cute and looks like it would offer some great storage space. I think the art above it on that wall will overwhelm it or look out of scale so that may need to be reconsidered as well.

I like the table better turned the second way, but I don't think that teal accent table is going to work in that space. The scale is off. Your table and chairs already look a bit small, and adding another small piece of furniture isn't going to help. You need something more substantial. It doesn't have to be huge, but it needs to be more weight visually.
Curtain panels or a rug and maybe a floor plant or vase or something could help.
Table looks so much better turned the second way. Love the teal buffet, but I agree it's too small. I don't think it would work on the window wall because it seems the window sits low and I don't like the look of furniture "blocking" windows. I think the larger white buffet would work.
