wow,someone bought the stroller we were hoping for

I am in shock. And very grateful. It was way too expensive, but we but it on our registry anyway, thinking that maybe a bunch of people would go in together to get it...
I have already had both of my showers, so I was going through my registry making a list of things we still needed to buy. And someone bought the stroller.
This means that either: people from my work went in together to get it and are throwing me a surprise shower, my parents bought it for us as a christmas gift, or people from H's work went in together to get it.
H says that people at his work don't know where he's registered, but I don't think it would be THAT hard to figure out, its not like there are a million choices....
I really hope my parents didn't get it, I wouldn't want to have ruined their surprise....
But I feel like people from my work aren't organized enough to get this together as a surprise either....

Damn it. I wasn't trying to registry stalk! I just wanted to make a list!!

that is awesome. people get all sorts of generous when it comes to a baby. i have been shocked. basically all of the big purchases so far have been "claimed" by family members.

That is awesome! Oh and it's easy to find people's registries. The Bump compiles all of them on their web site, even Amazon which I didn't know until a few weeks ago when I had to find one.
