Is the Tupperware one better than the FP one that's a box? I feel like with the box it might be easier to put the pieces away, but I'm not really looking at it from an educational perspective, lol.
Or should I be getting a wooden one? Hmmm...
I have no idea. I just know that my 2-year loves the Tupperware one, as did my little brother when he was little. I consider it one of those classic toys.
We have both in our church nursery and I think the Fisher Price one is a little easier for the kids to use. I think it's easier to open (the box opens on one end with the FP one vs. having to pull the toy apart on the Tupperware one) and the shapes are simpler with the FP toy too.
