In the continuing of my saga, I raced to the Dollar Store after work last night. I only have 30 minutes between when I normally get home and MH has to go to work. I get there and they have NO HPT tests! They have ovulation predictors, glucose tests, and menopause tests, but no HPTs!
What the heck is a menopause test?!
At this point, I have to pee pretty bad since I was trying to hold it until I got home. I go across the street to Fred Meyers and pick up a digital test. (No more weird grey lines for me!) I get up to the check out, and the only register with out a line has a cashier that lives down the street, and her daughter is good friends with J. I stood there trying to make small talk, while awkwardly trying not to do the pee-pee dance and pretending to be non-chalant. I think it would has been easier to buy condoms.
By the time I got home, I was ready to wet my pants. I almost didn't get to the bathroom in time. TMI, but the force of stream was so strong that I got pee all over my hand and the test. The whole time the little hourglass was thinking, I was sure I had broken the test by flooding it and I still wouldn't know.
After all that, I have good news! The test popped up with "pregnant"!!! I'm nervous, and scared, but really happy! My doctor had me the lab do a pregnancy test a week after our m/c to check everything and it was negative. I also got a negative HPT last week, so I'm confident this isn't a false positive. Good vibes for a sticky baby please!

Me too! I feel really good about this month. That may come back to bite me but I am optimistic right now. I am 3 dpo and we had really good timing (although I know it only takes 1 time). I always thought I would have a September baby (since September is crazy busy anyway) and my due date would be 8-31 so it's possible. I'll probably start testing at 9dpo since I am impatient.
