It's hard to compare since I only had the Symphony for a couple weeks and then started using my PISA. That being said, I don't think it made a difference. I was still able to pump what I needed. No idea if a Symphony would have been better.
It made a huge difference for me with DS1. I got a lot more milk a lot quicker with a hospital grade rental than with my PISA, so I rented a pump for 9 months. With DS2 I got a Freestyle and found that it worked fine, so I didn't rent.

I can't comment on the pump since I've only ever used my PISA, but Fenugreek alone didn't do much for me. I had to combine it with Blessed Thistle before my supply went up.
Thusfar pumping at work is going ok. I started Fenugreek last night (it says 2 pills three times a day but I hear some people take 3 pills at a time, thoughts?).
My LC had me start with 2 pills 3 times a day and add 1 pill each day until I was pumping what I needed. For me it was 6 pills 3 times a day.
Example: Day 1 - 2 pills 3 times a day Day 2 - 3 pills 3 times a day Day 3 - 4 pills 3 times a day
As an FYI, I also try to pump once in the morning (depending on when she nurses) and once at night after she's asleep. With these, I've been able to (mostly) keep up...

I didn't respond well to the pump at all, but the hospital grade pump was way better for me. It got to be so frustrating and difficult to pump at work and barely get any (I was lucky if I got a total of 3 oz) that I quit early If there was a way to keep the hospital grade one I totally would.

Yes, I see a big difference. It's much faster and more efficient. I have to do compressions with my PIS. I ended up renting one again to get through these last few months.
But like Pugz said, only if you can lock it up and leave it at work.
My work has a symphony for us to use and I love it. I think it is more efficient and faster as getting the milk out. I used my Pisa at home on Sunday and it took forever to get what I needed. I would lock it up and leave at it at work if possible. I only transport my parts and milk back and forth each day.
I drank a crazy amount of water, ate oatmeal, took fenugreek, goats rue, and domperidone, and saw maybe a 4 oz difference over an entire day, never tried a hospital pump though. Still had to supplement. The rx was too pricey for what i got though so I stopped taking it.

I think a hospital grade pump would only make a difference if your "regular" pump is no good...
I started with a "regular" pump, moved up to a hospital grade pump (Symphony - HUGE difference) and after a month went to a PISA. I didn't notice a difference between the Symphony and the PISA, but when I tried my other "regular" pump, it was terrible.
How much are you getting now? You posted that you were getting 3.5 oz a session. For my DD that would have been enough. Maybe add another session. If you're willing to nurse at night I would just serve what you pump.
Also, make sure your dcp is not pushing the bottle on her. Obviously if she's hungry you want her fed, but it is definitely possible to overfeed an infant with the bottle.
