I guess I'm going to re-intro myself so I can play along.

I'm margot, used to be in the Army. DH is still in, ETS'ing in Oct.

We have a DD, just turned 2. A dog, about to be 9. We just celebrated our 6th anniversary in March.

I have a degree in Psychology although I do nothing with it and am a SAHM.

I used to know who everyone on here was but now am completely lost.

I'm super awesome, and love to drink. I like working out, and watching Game of Thrones. Also UFC.

I'm also a fan of people changing their names and putting their old name in their sigs so I know who the fuck they are.

Hello! I, too, have no problem with new names, heck, I have one. :Y: But, like you, a hint to one's old SN, if not the actual SN, provided in the signature helps immensely!

I am formerly Smudges*Mom. I am a SAHM to an awesome, almost three year old boy. We have a five year old Boston Terrier. We have been married for six years (as of yesterday).

DH is active duty Army. We recently PCS'd to Germany. DH is deploying next month for 365.

My background is in Early Childhood Education. Once upon a time, I taught Kindergarten. My last professional, IMO, position was as a family literacy trainer at a large, national literacy nonprofit. (I've had jobs since then, but not career level positions.) I don't know what I want to be when I grow up, despite being one of the "blue hairs" on the board. But, our time here in Germany is buying me time and providing me opportunities.

And, I'll mail a pack or two of Haribo Gummi bears to the first person who knows/remembers what my original SN name was, back in the day, when I first joined the Knot. Anybody? ;D

I'm a respiratory therapist. I just got my first RT job in April. I'm applying to be a Marine Corps Officer. I was a non-select on the March Board...boooo. DH is AD Navy. We have 2 dogs, a German Shepherd and a Doberman (well, we think she's a Doberman). That's about it.

Hello, I'm ilovelamp. DH and I are both prior Navy. I am starting nursing school in the fall and want to work in trauma. I'm considering possibly commissioning as a Navy nurse but we shall see. No kids yet.

I also think that I'm pretty awesome, and I love drinking. I also enjoy eating. I used to smoke but have quit for over 2 months now...I miss it

Hi! I'm jakjak, I lurked for a while on TN. DH is AD Navy and we are stationed in charleston. We have no pets, but we have a 9 month old boy. I'm trying to finish up my bs in psychology, though I doubt I'll do anything with it either! I'm a huge fan of drinking when I'm not bfing

I'm still NSL, and have no interest in changing my name. H and I have been married for almost 9 years, we have two boys (4.5 years and 18 months), a dog, and two cats. H is AD Army, and we're stationed in Texas. I'm a high school English teacher, but am also getting my MA in English and American Literature. In other words, I'm rarely here because I never sit down or stop working.
