More Milk Plus capsules helped me, but they upset DS's tummy so much that I had to quit them. So far I just eat oatmeal and try to drink a lot of water. I am scared to stop the oatmeal to see if it makes a difference, since my supply is barely hanging on at this point.
This is probably not helpful at all but do you want to know the Asian way? stewed pig's feet! ughh..I kid you not. I learned this when my co-worker's wife had a baby..lol

Being properly hydrated was the most important thing for me. I took Fenugreek too. You have to take quite a bit and will smell like maple syrup, especially when you work out.
How much Fenugreek are you taking? It took three, three times a day to see an increase. It also took about a week to see that increase, but there was a measurable difference. Oatmeal also worked for me.
Another vote for TONS of water. My supply is good I think in part b/c I'm vigilant about water. The only time I had supply issues was when I let the water consumption slip. I aim for a gallon a day. We drink out of quart Mason jars, and I have one jarful with each meal and one on my bedside table that I finish by breakfast.
Domperidone - I could not have pumped to a year without this. I was fine without it before I went back to work, but when I was pumping it was an absolute necessity.
