So, I lost .4 lbs this week. Not a lot, but it's still going in the right direction, and this brings my total to 12.
I sucked at eating this week. I skipped breakfast almost every day and forgot to take good snacks during the day. Yesterday, from the time I woke up until dinner at 6pm, I ate a banana. That's not going to help me.
So...to Costco this morning to get fruits and veg for snacks.
Also, we made something of a decision re: our house. We just don't think we're cut out to be landlords. So we're having our carport converted to a garage. Hopefully this broadens the buyers pool and we get this house sold!
