Bizarrely, I just got off the phone with my dad asking him the same question since my DH came home with Benadryl-D instead of regular. My dad (a doctor) said not to worry about it. My kid is 5, though.
ETA--I am assuming you mean children's Benadryl and that you followed the dosage recs.

The big reason most of those meds are no longer available for kids under 6 is parents double dosing ( giving Tylenol cold plus Sudafed cold, etc) plus they are not that effective in kids that age anyway. I am not familiar with benadryl-d but I assume you gave a child dose? Then you be cool.
Glad it's ok! I'd def call if something comes again. I've called poison control a few times...once because my mom gave my newborn cows milk after insisting she'd watch her so we could go out for an anniversary dinner. You'd never guess she had 5 kids of her own. Poison Control has always been nice & helpful.
