As I was pulling out of my driveway I wondered if I should check first on account of the holiday, but I figured it would be fine since the holiday isn't for two more days.

That happened to be too. Our library system was closed Fri, Sat., and Sun. for the holiday weekend. Thank goodness for downloadable lending!

Ours was closed all weekend, but they've publicized it pretty heavily because they're moving their catalog system to Evergreen this weekend. So, you can't browse books online or anything.
