another holiday gift/tip question

Our yard waste guys. They left a holiday card on our front lawn. They're good. If we have a bazillion bags of leaves they empty each one and leave the bags which I think is cool because we reuse them, it's less waste, and they always take way over the amount they are required to. How can I tip them for the holidays without waiting around watching out my window? and What do you give? $5 each? A sixer? What if they are recovering alcoholics? lol.

I would leave a card with $10 or $20. I'm sure they add up their "tips" and split it at the end of the day

..... this takes me back to my old UPS guy. I have been trying to give him a card for years. Every Christmas they would change up his route and then after last Christmas they transferred him to a completely different route.
