I've read 10 lb weight gain in the first 20 weeks, and then 1 pound a week for the last 20. Even though you are 15 weeks and -2, you'll probably balance out. If you're dr isn't concerned about how your baby is developing, you're fine.

A lot of people lose weight and are under at that stage of the game. If your doctor was worried he or she would tell you. Just make sure you're eating healthy.
It took me until about 18 weeks before I actually gained any weight from my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm now up about 19 pounds. As long as you are healthy and are eating well and taking your vitamins, you should both be fine.
Second tri is when I started consistently putting on weight. But I'm sure it varies with everyone. I was consistent until this last Tuesday when I went in and I'd lost 2 pounds since the week before. Dr wasn't worried though. Said next week I could totally make up for it and be up again.
I'm down 10+ pounds but I'm pleased as punch because I'm overweight and can't really exercise because I'm on restrictions. I'm sure it will come eventually.
