I've lost 32 pounds so far this year! This is a pic of me in December and me today (literally today). I've still got a ways to go before I reach my goal, but I'm getting there!

Thanks, everyone! I've been working my butt off (pun intended) so it's nice to see results.
lmbml - I've been counting calories using MyFitnessPal and hitting the gym 5 times a week. The classes I like at the Y are Zumba, Latin Hip Hop, Turbo Kick, Cardio Kick and, I've only tried it once but I want to try Body Pump again. I've been trying to focus more on my abs lately b/c my bare stomach would make small children cry. It definitely makes me cry! So basically - diet and exercise. Who knew that worked so well?

You look amazing! I have lost 25 this year from also using the myfitnesspal app and doing zumba 5 days a week. I also quit stuffing my face with fast food and junk.
