I'm just a little worried this week about finally leaving my monkey at different places. This is a busy work time so I have to. I'm worried about her routine. Im leaving her with one friend 12/23 and another 12/31. When she gets tired will she go to sleep in a strange place for someone she doesn't really know? Will she wonder where her mom, dad or gramma are and get scared? This is normal worry stuff and she's going to be just fine right?

Good luck mama! I can't provide any insight. I could say, she'll be fine. But that's coming from a person who has only left her daughter with Graandma a handful of times and never more than 5 hours, so I don't feel qualified to give advice here. LOL

Kennedy is going to be 22 months this week. It's unreal. I have an almost two year old. She's running everywhere and into everything. She loves playing with other kids so much. She loves playing with her brother. It just melts my heart to see them play together. It makes all those hard moments of having two, totally worth it! We had a horrendous developmental eval last week. It left me hating the state of NC and wanting to move back to FL. I've decided screw them, and there is no way total strangers can accurately evaluate my daughter in an hour.
Caleb is just under 4.5 months and a giant. He's 17.5 pounds. Kennedy is 21. He's doing great too. Talking up a storm, loves toys and learning to sit independently.
Next appt is tomorrow. Taking the one hour GD test, little nervous! I've been hitting the cookies HARD.
Also giving deposit for daycare tomorrow. And told MIL she can watch baby 3 days a week. She was vocal abt her opinion on that bc whatever.
Glider should be in within the week, then ill order room decor stuff.
Feeling ok, depends on the day. *yawn*
Can't wait to see pictures of the nursery coming together! I've yet to order a glider, but at least our crib and dresser are coming tomorrow. I think it's going to make it feel very real

Still sleepy and still dealing with headaches in the morning and at night, but otherwise feeling pretty good. Last night we were to a Christmas party and I got several surprised comments like "well you certainly show faster by the 3rd pregnancy don't you?" and "oh woah, you still have a long way to go" when asked how far along I was. I can still button up my regular jeans and have only gained a few pounds, but apparently I'm looking large for being 17 weeks.

I worried about this stuff too, and still do. But I tell myself it's good for her to learn to look to other's to care for her and not just become dependent on mom She'll do just fine!

Thank you and also ugh, this just made me tear up. I need to remember it because it's true. I think this is just coming at an emotional time with the awful shooting coverage and the holidays, I need to get through it but maaaan am I going to feel relieved when I wake up on New Years Day and I can hug her and know I won't have to leave her for awhile.

We are team BLUE again... We have no names picked out just yet but the brain storming has begun. He looks just like his daddy right now... Well at lease with facial features we could see.
Morning sickness is back hoping it passes quickly. It amazes me how different these pregnancies have been but I wouldn't change any of it for the world.

That's impressive. I was in maternity clothes before 10 weeks last time.

Tasha can't wait to hear what you are having.
I've been looking forward to hearing the results of your ultrasound! I was thinking of you over the weekend and i had a suspicion that you'd be continuing the boy trend we have going on around here. Wonder if I will be too Congrats! Hope you are feeling better again soon.

I don't think it's going to last much longer though. I popped and began showing around 10-11 weeks but the problem I've been having is with shirts instead of bottoms. I remember you having the most adorable bump early on with C!

Congrats!! I didn't realize how many were on team blue. Wow. Can you share your brain storming list?
Today's appointment went much better than Friday's. My protein count is still on the upper level of normal, but it hasn't fluctuated since the measured two weeks ago. OB said they'd be concerned if it had. That said, they're keeping me on the weekly appointment circuit (as opposed to every two weeks).

People are already assuming I am ready to give birth any day now. Oh well! I am definitely starting to have more aches and pains but I am feeling lots of movement! I am going to move my next dr's appt so I am not going right after work. I am hoping that will improve my BP reading. I have fears of ending up on bedrest so I really want my BP to cooperate.
Last night, Zoe ran up to the place where we keep the TV remotes and said "Gagam!" She wanted to watch Gangnam Style on TV (youtube). LMAO! She loves that song! She doesn't say many words, but that is one of them! It cracks me up!! She is getting such a little personality and I love it!
Mia is booking it all over the place now. I put her on her mat while I put some dishes away...suddenly it was quiet...she had inch-wormed off her mat and was coming towards the kitchen. We can't take our eyes off of her anymore, she's growing up too fast!

Everything still going good here. I'll be 37 weeks Thursday and as of this past Friday I've officially gained 1 pound. Yes, that's 1 pound. Not sure how I've done it but I'm so happy! I'm on the heavier side anyways but still, I thought I was going to blow up like a balloon. On another note, we got our car seat in today and its starting to get real!! We did the Britax car seat and the Baby Jogger City Mini GT stroller. Aghhhhh only 3 more weeks...at the most.

They won't let you go to 42 weeks or you don't want to ? Just curious

Samantha was 11 weeks on Sunday. Damn. Time is flying by.
She celebrated part 1 of Christmas with H's parents this past weekend. She was spoiled and loved it.
Samantha failed one ear of the hearing test. We have to get retested in January. I'm a little worried, but trying not to stress about it since it's common to fail the first go around.
Good news! Sammy's nanny came two days this week just to get acquainted while I wasn't working. Samantha took the bottle! THANK YOU! I feel 90% better about having to go back to the the jungle (work).
Oh, Sammy must be teething. She is drooling and eating her hand constantly.
I've also transitioned out of a full swaddle to one with her arms out.
And we had our longest stretch of sleep last night 7pm-4pm (this is after 3 nights of a regression). Come on all night sleep!
