I mix together a 1-lb box of pasta (cooked) with halved cherry tomatoes, cheese cubes (usually jack cheese), diced red bell pepper, and a bottle of Italian dressing. You could also throw in sliced olives, but I don't like them.
I just now noticed you aren't suppsed to add the artichoke marinade until before serving. I usually make it all the day before. I don't know if it's my artichokes, but it always seemed to be missing something so I add some balsamic vinagrette then drizzle straight balsamic vinegar before serving.
