I have to bring some food item to work on Monday to share with everyone. My old faithfuls of buffalo chicken dip and strawberry pretzel salad have already been taken. Any ideas? I haven't really cooked at all since I moved in with my in-laws so my cooking brains have cobwebs. I'm at a loss.

One of the favorites I've brought in was a spinach salad using organic spinach leaves, with candied chopped nuts, craisins/raisins, feta cheese and raspberry vinaigrette. Sometimes I'd add chopped apple, mandarin oranges, pinenuts/sunflower seeds (in lieu of chopped nuts), etc. I assembled it just before service and it was always gone with requests for more. Super easy and just minutes to put together.

Broccoli salad. Its light and yummy!
Broccoli, bacon, crasins, sunflower seeds.....I just cut up as much broccoli as I think we will need and add the other ingredients. For a large tupperware type bowl I use two packages of bacon; two bags of craisins and two jars of sunflower seeds. For smaller bowls use smaller ... See Moreamounts. The dressing is 1 cup mayo, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. For the really large tupperware bowls I triple the recipe.
