I'm lazy and would hot glue. I don't think it would melt the lace, but I can't be 100% certain without actually touching the lace to see what it's made of.

I think you use hotfix for shit like that.
And google says yes. The lace shouldn't melt.

I think the problem with hot glue will be all the glue stringies that will get all over the lace and sash. I would sew, or maybe tacky glue?
