Sad day

I work primarily with patients 60< at work. And knowing that we have some pass away eventually. But reading the newspaper, this morning I came across the obituary of one of my patients who may have just been my favorite. He was a sweet quirky guy that can from one of the nursing homes. Usually it doesn't affect me, but I just had a break down moment after seeing he passed.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've had that happen a few times with some of my favorite patients. Even some that you know you probably won't see the following year and its still tough.
