Pintuck bedding (west elm) any experience?

I love the pintuck west elm duvet, but I have no experience with their bedding. There's no reviews on their website for it. Does anyone have any experience with it? I'm concerned about it coming apart too fast.

Does anyone have any experience with pintuck bedding from any other store? I have looked at the reviews for Targets version, and they seem to be pretty mixed.

I helped a friend decorate her bedroom and we bought it a few years ago. I do think it's still holding up fine but she is very careful with it. She doesn't have pets but if you do I wouldn't suggest this bedding. When we were fluffing it up straight out of the bag we were a bit too rough and one of the pintuck seams ripped. I would take all of that into consideration.
