I am not due till the end of February so I have some time to wait first.
But I really want to drop some pounds this year. I know a bunch of other girls said ti was one of their goals for the year.
Anyone interested in a weekly check in/weigh in? We could be accountability buddies. Maybe even have a challenge every week, like drinking 8 glasses of water every day, or working out 5 times, etc. It would be fun to post progress pictures and encourage each other!
I love this idea. Maybe each day someone could be anyone can post a check in where you can state what you have done for the day or what you plan to do.
Count me in! I'm down 16 lbs from my highest weight but got off track and put back on a few. Now those are coming off again and then I'll start working to lose more. My goal is about 40 lbs.
I'm in the same boat as peach - down to the weeks till I can participate - but I'd be down for it. Are any of you on myfitnesspal? I'm a total MFP friend-whore. I was using it before I got KU'd and had finally gotten into the grove of tracking. I'm looking forward to getting back into it. I'm Wawajeanne there.
I'd love to participate! Unfortunately with work stresses and other things I've been compensating by eating...so all my prior hard work is gone and I'm back to almost my highest weight I'd ideally like to lose ~70lbs but really I'm looking to start 2013 off on the right foot
Yes, please. I am doing weight watchers but I have a hard time getting to the meetings because my evenings are busy and I can't go with the kids to the daytime meetings. I would love a place to show my loss/gain and make myself more accountable.
I didn't mean to hijack the thread, I was just feeling a little salty. Yes, I went from a size 10 pants to size 4. I just couldn't keep food down and felt like I was going to vomit constantly. That will drop weight like nobody's business. I'm doing okay though. Thanks for asking.
