H and I have been having a competition who can lose the most weight. We have 1 week left (5 total) and I've lost about 11.5 pounds so far by eating really well and exercising like crazy. But, we're pretty much tied! So, with one week left, I'm looking for anything I can do to get the winning edge. We've both done well and been healthy about losing weight, but with one week left, I'm looking for even the "fake" weight loss that will let me win next Sunday night! Any suggestions?
ETA: I know colon cleanses are unnecessary, but would something like that help? Any tricks/tips on reducing water weight (other than just not drinking any)?
Don't shower, it can add like 2 pounds . Take a hot bath. Also, why weigh in at night? Liquid and food adds pounds .
That was the deal. We did our start weigh-in at 7:00 on Sunday night, so for comparison, we're doing our final weigh-in at 7:00 on Sunday night. It's going to be a terrible day since we'll both be trying to starve ourselves!

Just change the weigh in time. Why would you spend a Saturday suffering just so you can gorge yourself later.

This. Change it to Sun AM, no reason to spend the whole day miserable.
