I'm 22 weeks pregnant. I 'm pretty sure I have food poisoning. I don't think it's the stomach flu and its not morning sickness.
I have a zofran from first tri, but I'm not sure if I should let my body get rid of what it's trying to get rid of or take the zofran. Dehydration is my worry.
I'm going to call my dr, but its only 6:30am here.

I would get it out of your body and hydrate with ice or Popsicles. I'm so so sorry.... Food poisoning sucks anytime, but especially while pregnant. Take care!
I would take the zofran. A few weekends ago I got some sort of 12 hour bug and it was HORRIBLE. It was coming out both ends and I couldn't even keep water down. I was at the toilet doing one thing or another at least every 30 minutes. Finally Sunday morning at around 6am I called the on-call doctor and he told me to take Imodium and sent in a prescription for zofran (never needed it in first tri) to my pharmacy. DH went to get my prescription when they opened and lots of Gatorade for hydration. I felt better almost instantly. Still spent the day on the couch and wasn't 100% but WAY better then what I was before.
