What's your go to snack food? My DH is always hungry! And so is my son.. like every two hours. OK my son is two, he's a growing boy but I don't want my DH to become a "growing" man.. lol! What healthy or semi healthy snacks do you always keep handy? So far we usually just reach for Quaker oatmeal bars or fruits. But I want something salty!

Look for things with more protein. That will fill them up better than carbs or sugars.
-Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans) -Edamame Yogurt with a good amount of protein and less sugar (my DD like fage greek and I add nuts and honey) -hardboiled eggs -dried fruit (cranberries, raisins, prunes & apricots)
